services, you enter into a contract with us and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms

comply with the laws of England and Wales and, where applicable, international law.

These terms apply to all our services, including but not limited to local travel, airport transfers, wedding

hire, courier services, and other transportation services provided through our platforms, applications,

and in-person interactions. By engaging with Oxford Taxi & Oxford Airport Taxis, you consent to the

practices outlined in this policy.

1. Legal Compliance

Our services operate in full compliance with the laws of England and Wales and applicable international

laws, covering transportation, privacy, and data protection regulations.

2. Driver Vetting

All drivers are fully vetted and licensed by the relevant local authorities, ensuring compliance with safety

standards and regulations for your peace of mind.

3. Service Booking

Advance booking is required for all services. While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for

delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Wedding Hire: A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 30 days before the

event.

Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Extreme Situations: In cases of unsafe travel conditions, we reserve the right to cancel services, with a

full refund provided.

5. Child Seat Policy

Child seats are available upon request at the time of booking. The safety of the child remains the

responsibility of the parent or guardian.

6. Lost Property

Lost property is handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Unclaimed items will be

processed in line with licensing regulations.

7. International Services

For journeys extending beyond the UK, relevant international laws will apply to ensure full compliance.

8. Complaints Resolution

Complaints should be directed to bookings@crowfly.co.uk. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48

hours in line with our commitment to service excellence and regulatory compliance.

9. Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for

indirect losses.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies

acceptance of any updates.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
